The first know use of the term "Big Car" in racing advertising was for an ad for The Union Speedway located near Farchers Grove on Springfield ave. The racetrack existed from about 1936 to about 1940.
Tri-City Stadium was a motorcycle and midget car race track that existed from 1933 to 1941 on Mill Road on the site where Garden State Bowling alley was.
