Tri-City Stadium was a motorcycle and midget car race track that existed from 1933 to 1941 on Mill Road on the site where Garden State Bowling alley was. The track was named Tri-City due to the fact that racers would drive through Union, Irvington and Hillside as they sped around the course. This fact is currently in dispute and we have our researchers looking into it. We will keep you posted.
