The Connecticut Farms Dairy Farm was about 17 acres between Balmoral Ave. and Tyler Ave from Stuyvesant Ave. to about the back of Biertuempfel park. The business was established in 1889 by Peter Ernst and had about 150 cows. In the photo from left to right are Peter Ersnt, his Son in Law Ed Ash and Frank Issett. The photo was provided by Frank's daughter, May Ash Ong and taken about 1910.
